Aspen Accounts

Please update the contact information sections of your child(ren)'s account in Aspen. Please make sure to read the Elementary Handbook (link) and check off the media and photo permission section. Both of those need to be completed each year.

Dismissal Forms Due (form)

I have attached the new Deerfield School Dismissal Form that will help to make sure our daily dismissal is safe and smooth. If you have not already done so, please complete and return this form to Deerfield’s Administrative Assistant, Mrs. Miller, as soon as possible. Please also make sure Mrs. Miller has an accurate and updated dismissal schedule for your child throughout the school year. If you need a hard copy of the form, please email Mrs. Miller (mmiller@westwood.k12.ma.us) or stop by the Deerfield office.

SEPAC Information (SEPAC flyer and Social flyer)

The following message is from Deerfield's SEPAC parent representative, Kelly Anderson:

You are invited to join the Westwood Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC). For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Westwood SEPAC, it is state-mandated, parent-run group working to promote a network of parents, guardians, and caregivers of children with special needs. There will be a social on September 20th, and the first SEPAC meeting of the school year will be held on Tuesday, October 10th. See attached for more info on the Social, as well as the SEPAC. We hope all who are interested can come!
