Click here to download a copy of our Building Use Form.  Once completed, just sign page one and initial page two.  It can be mailed, scanned or faxed back to Deb Nolan at 781-326-8107.  It could also be left in the green drop-box across from the District Office entrance.  If you prefer a paper copy, one can be obtained at the Reception Desk of our District Office.

Cancellation Policy:  ​Any cancellations by Building Use applicants must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the date requested; for weekend events, no later than noon the preceding Thursday, otherwise payment in full will be assessed. Email is the best contact method; you will receive a system generated reply once the event is cancelled.
