Thank you to all the families that made Talent For A Cause such a huge success. Bravo to Mrs. McDonough and Mrs. Saada-Smith who ably directed 60 children as they danced, sang and did comedic skits. If you missed the show, plan on attending or participating in it next year! The generous donations collected at the door will be going directly to the Activities Coordinator at The JIMMY FUND in Boston. This money will be used to sponsor The Family Festival held in late July. It is an event that helps patients and their families enjoy a fun-filled, medical-free day, a rare happening for these patients.
For those families that are still looking for ways to help and support the Jimmy Fund Clinic attend the Todd Schwartz Charity Softball Tournament on June 16th at the Westwood Senior Center. The kids concert begins at 11 and the family fun continues all day! For more information go to www.fortodd.org.
