Westwood Public Schools Elementary Professional Development Team Description Elementary Professional Development Team Leaders assist the elementary principals in designing and facilitating the work of professional learning teams within each of Westwood’s elementary schools. Team Leaders collaborate with colleagues on the use of student work, including assessments, to identify students’ learning needs and to design instructional strategies to maximize students’ learning. Team Leaders work to strengthen the professional collaboration that expands instructional practice and, in turn, increases student learning.
