Below are Frequently Asked Payroll Questions: Q Direct Deposit- Once I sign up, can I change my bank or my account #? How do I add another account?
A Go to the Payroll forms on the left and download a Payroll Direct Deposit Form. Forward the completed form and a voided check to the address on the form.
Remember: It is important to contact Christine Regan, Town Payroll Coordinator, at 781-320-1019, if you change your bank account.
Q How do I change my Federal or State Tax Withholdings?
A Go to the Payroll forms on the left and download a 2012 W-4 Federal or M-4 State form and return to Human Resources at the Townhall, 580 High Street, Westwood, MA 02090.
Q What does CR & CR30, or TR & TR30 (under deductions) mean on my Pay check?
A These are all mandatory retirement deductions for employees who work 20 hours or more:
CR stands for County Retirement and it is the Norfolk County Retirement deduction.
CR30- is the additional 2% Norfolk retirement withheld for any regular compensation in excess of $30,000.
TR stands for Teachers Retirement and it is the Massachusetts Teachers Retirement deduction. TR30 is the additional 2% retirement withheld for any regular compensation in excess of $30,000.
Q How do I get a copy of my W-2 Statement?
A To request a copy call the Assistant Town Treasurer (Patricia Conley) at
