2025 - 2026 Downey Elementary PTO
Downey Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a formal organization composed of Downey caregivers, teachers, and staff that is intended to facilitate parental participation in Downey and WPS programs.
Downey PTO Executive Board (EB) is an 8-member committee that leads the composition and scheduling of PTO funded programs. The EB manages the PTO budget and related fundraisers necessary to run PTO programs and fulfill school staff requests. Lastly, the EB is responsible for the community at large communications.
