A Message from the Athletic Director
The Westwood Athletic Department supports a comprehensive menu of athletic activities for both high school and middle school students. All students are encouraged to participate regardless of their level of athletic ability.
The ultimate goal of the athletic program is to strive for excellence, not perfection. We cannot expect our student-athletes to be perfect, but we can ask them to strive to perform to the best of their ability. The true rewards of participation in sports are entirely intrinsic and do not require trophies or accolades in order to be recognized. Participating in athletics provides opportunities for student-athletes to build confidence, engage in leadership activities, become self advocates, and strengthen character.

Updated physical exams ~ All athletes must maintain a valid physical with the school. The best way to submit a valid physical is by uploading it to the athlete's registration. A doctor's note is not a substitute for an actual physical. See "Quick Links" above for assistance in uploading physicals.
Payment ~ For more information, click "Registration and Fees" in the left margin. Please do not pay until the season starts.
