Pledge of Allegiance Leaders

The Pledge Leaders will be invited to help lead the students in the Pledge of Allegiance following the 8:50 AM school bell.  It is important for all students to make an effort to arrive to school on time to start their day honoring our country!  Below, please see this week's pledge leaders:

Early Release Wednesday, September 30th

Students will be dismissed at 11:50 AM.  Lunch will not be served.

 

Dr Antonucci Joins Us For The First PTA Meeting,  October 7th

Dr. Antonucci will attend the Sheehan PTA meeting on Wednesday, October 7th at 7:00 PM in the Sheehan Cafeteria.  He will discuss the Space and Capital Needs Study for the district. He will also talk through the timeline and process of assessing and responding to the district's space and capital needs and what next steps that will be taken. 

 

PARCC Results

The results from the spring 2015 pilot of the PARCC exam have not yet been released. The State of Massachusetts will vote on whether or not to adopt the PARCC exam in mid-November. Scores are expected to be released to schools and sent home to parents in late November.

We have some spots open for our Friends Network program! This is for students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade who might benefit from a 1:1 match with a high school mentor. Please share the attached flyer and the link below with any parent or guardian, and feel free to add this to your Newsletter or email blast.
