Deerfield School Play
The Deerfield School Play, The Little Mermaid, will take place on Friday, April 8th. Many of our fourth and fifth grade students have been working very hard, as cast and crew members, to prepare for this performance. Thank you so much to the director of the show, Denny, and the many parent volunteers who have supported our students and helped with the production.
All Deerfield students and staff members will enjoy a day-time performance of The Little Mermaid on Friday afternoon. The cast and crew will perform for parents on Friday evening at 7:00pm.
Deerfield Site Council Meeting on Monday, April 11th
The next meeting of the Deerfield Site Council will take place on Monday, April 11th from 3:00pm – 4:00pm. The meeting will be held in the Deerfield office.
Early-Release Day on Wednesday, April 13th
Wednesday, April 13th will be an early-release day for all students. Students will be dismissed at 11:25am and lunch will not be served in school.
Staffing Update
Karen Fergus has accepted the Lunchroom Aide position at Deerfield. She will begin working at Deerfield on Monday, April 4th. Please join me in welcoming Karen to Deerfield.
