First Day of School is Wednesday, August 31st

The first day of school for students in grades 1-5 is Wednesday, August 31st. Morning arrival begins at 8:30pm and the school day officially begins at 8:50am. The daily dismissal time is 3:10pm.

 

Open House and First Day for Kindergarten Students

There will be an Open House for kindergarten students and families on Wednesday, August 31st between 9:00am - 11:00am. The first day of school for kindergarten students is Thursday, September 1st. It is an early-release day for kindergarten students only. They will be dismissed at 11:50am. Tuesday, September 6th is a full time of school for students in grades 1-5 with dismissal at 3:10pm.

 

All Westwood Public Schools Closed September 2nd - September 5th

All Westwood Public Schools will be closed on Friday, September 2nd and Monday, September 5th for the Labor Day weekend. Tuesday, September 6th will be a full day of school for all students in grades K-5.

 

Thank You So Much!

Thank you so much to Margaret Donahue, Kaitlin Vernon, and the entire Deerfield PTO for providing a delicious breakfast for our teachers on Monday, August 29th. This was the first official day back for teachers and having breakfast together was such a nice way to reconnect with each other and kick-off the year. We truly appreciate your generosity and ongoing support!
