Lost and Found Clothing and Belongings
We are accumulating a large volume of clothing in our Lost and Found. Also, several students are missing items of clothing that have not made it to our Lost and Found. Please put your child's name on his or her clothing and check the clothing and belongings your child brings home. If you notice that your child has brought home something that does not belong to him or her, please return it to school.
Dismissal for Wednesday, November 25th
Wednesday, November 25th will be an early-release day to begin the Thanksgiving break. Please note that students will be dismissed at 11:35am, rather than 11:25am as on other early-release Wednesdays.
No School for Students on Monday, November 30th
Monday, November 30th is a Professional Development day for Westwood Public School teachers. There is no school for students on that day. I hope you enjoy the extended Thanksgiving break.
A Message from the Deerfield Student Council
We are collecting donations for TURKEYS ARE US. The Deerfield community has been collecting for this organization for many years. This organization was started by two Westwood students. They help to make sure every family in our community has a turkey for Thanksgiving. We will be collecting money during lunch periods on Monday and Tuesday of this week. Thank you for your support and generosity.
