Curriculum Night

Deerfield’s Curriculum Night is scheduled for this Thursday, September 17th beginning at 6:00pm. This event provides parents and guardians with an opportunity to hear an overview of the year’s curriculum, see their child’s classroom, and ask general questions regarding the school year.

This evening is for adults only. Please let Mrs. Miller know if you need babysitting for this event by Wednesday.

The schedule for the evening is as follows:

6:00pm - 6:45pm - Classroom presentations for grades K-2
6:45pm - 7:30pm - Principal’s welcome in the gym for all grades
7:30pm - 8:15pm - Classroom presentations for grades 3-5

Deerfield Walking Club with Mrs. D

Our school nurse, Mrs. DeAngelis, is restarting the morning walking club for students. The club is opened to students in grades 3, 4, and 5. It will meet every Monday and Friday morning from 7:30am – 8:00am...rain or shine! The club will meet in the Deerfield lobby.

The Deerfield Walking Club will be starting on Monday September 21, 2015 and ending on Friday October 30, 2015. Please send an email to tdeangelis@westwood.k12.ma.us  or call the health office to reserve a spot: 781-326-7500, ext. 8202

Let’s get fit and learn a little about health and wellness along the way.
