Internet Safety Program and Survey

The five Westwood Elementary Schools are pleased to announce that we will be having Guest Speaker, Lynette Owens, Global Director of Internet Safety for Kids & Families, to speak with our elementary parents on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the Westwood High School Auditorium. Lynette Owens is the founder and Global Director of Trend Micro's Internet Safety for Kids and Families program. After many years in technology marketing, Lynette founded the ISKF program in 2008 to help deliver on the company's vision of making a world safe for the exchange of digital information.  As a pro-technology and Internet safety advocate, Lynette Owens raises awareness about a wide range of issues pertaining to the safe and responsible use of the Internet.  We hope many of you can join us on December 2nd. We look forward to an engaging and positive dialogue around the positive use of technology.  To help us prepare for the presentation, please take a few minutes to fill out the survey questions

School Bus Food Policy

It has been reported to me that some students have been eating food on the school buses. Please remind your child that there is a no food policy for our school buses. This policy is in place to get children safe and keep our buses clean. Thank you.

No School on Wednesday, November 11th
