FamilyID Registration ~ Westwood Athletics uses FamilyID for all sport registrations. Please click on the link below to begin the registration process.
When registering for the first time, you will be asked to make an account to be used for all future registrations for your family. All FamilyID technical questions should be addressed by emailing support@familyid.com or 888-800-5583 ext 1.
Two easy steps must be completed before an athlete is cleared to tryout.

Register online When registering, the date of the physical currently on file on FamilyID will appear. If it is due to expire before the start of the season or has already expired, please upload a new physical. See below.

Maintain a valid physical on file with the school at all times during the season. Physicals are valid for 13 months from the date of the physical. No student may begin participating in a sport without a valid physical on file. New physicals should be uploaded when registering and can be updated by accessing your FamilyID account. For help with uploading physicals, click HERE. Only .pdf and .jpg files are compatible with the FamilyID/Arbiter registration system. A doctor's note is not a substitute for an actual physical.
Athletic Fee ~ The athletic fee is due once teams are formed. Please do not pay the athletic fee until the start of the season when team are formed. Payment deadlines are illustrated in the chart below.
The athletic department prefers payment online. Athletic fees may also be paid by check made out to Westwood Public Schools and sent to Westwood High School, Attn: Athletics ~ Martha Laughna, 200 Nahatan St.
2025-26 fees for WHS Sports are as follows:
$320 per season, per athlete for most sports except:
$480 for hockey, $160 for Unified Sports.
Family Cap ~ Beginning Fall 2025 Westwood Schools have instituted a $1280 maximum per family per academic year for athletic fees. Please email mlaughna@westwood.k12.ma.us if you have reached the family cap.
