Thurston Library News

During the school year, the Thurston Library is open before school at 7:15 in the morning. It is also open after school until 3:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Check out the new book shelf as you come into the library. New arrivals have been received recently including Solo by Kwame Alexander, The Land of Stories series by Chris Colfer, The Rains by Gregg Hurwitz and Undefeated: Jim Thorpe and the Carlisle Indian School Football Team. We also have added some more Playaway Audiobooks including The Sun is Also a Star and When the Sea Turned to Silver. We’re awaiting some book requests that students have made. Those should be arriving shortly.

If you have any requests for purchases for the library, please give me the titles of any books, books on CD or Playaways that you think the Thurston Library should own. - Mrs. Bolger, Thurston Library Media Specialist
