Westwood Recreation is hosting the 8th annual Westwood Day on Saturday, September 21st. As part of the Westwood Day celebration, there will be a running race for elementary school students. The 1 Mile Fun Run promotes “School Spirit/Pride.” This inclusive event challenges each school to participate and show their spirit as a group. The elementary school with the highest percentage of students participating and school spirit will be awarded the perpetual trophy to proudly display at their school until Westwood Day 2020.
