Service Project:

  • We continue to collect decorated bags for the Elisha Project. Students are invited to make more than 1 bag if they'd like.  They are due by Friday, March 10th. The box is located outside of Mrs. Comer's office.

The Student Council encourages all families to participate in the March Service Project.  This month we will be raising funds for the Elisha Project.  Each week this volunteer organization feeds the homeless of Providence, RI.  Volunteers gather together to make and pack lunches and then distribute these lunches to those in need.  Our students have already decorated lunch bags with kindness quotes and heartfelt messages.  On March 11, a group of Sheehan Staff and their families will make and distribute lunches for the Elisha Project.

If you would like to contribute to the purchase of the lunch and snack items for March 11, please send a monetary donation to the Sheehan School by Friday, March 10th.  Each lunch is $5.50 - any donation would be greatly appreciated! (Cash or Checks Payable to the Elisha Project) Or make an online donation on the Elisha Project website - please identify your affiliation with the Sheehan School, Westwood, MA.
